Our introduction to the Beatty Gallery was through a ‘Gallery Walk’ around Darlinghurst, Then went onto the mailing list and in July at the exhibition “Witness”, purchased two works on paper, Night Drawing and Till it is struck. Sometime after this met the artist at the gallery and became friendly with Malcolm and his wife who ran the Gallery.
