Calvin Hunt

Canadian, Calvin Hunt, is the youngest son of Kwagu’l Hereditary Chief Thomas Hunt, and Emma, the daughter of a great Mowochaht Chief and Shaman, Dr. Billy, and grandson of renowned carver Mungo Martin and grandmother, Abayah.
Calvin visited the Australian Museum while I was working there in 1988, he thanked me for my assistance during his visit to Sydney by presenting me with this print. A copy of which was also given to the Australian Museum, that was accepted into their collection.
